Took Buster to lunch here yesterday. They have about 3 or 4 tables outside that you can eat outside with your pup. We were there for about 45 minutes eating and saw three dogs walk by us. You can have lunch or dinner (same menu) there for under $10 a person.
There is also a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf two doors down with a big patio as well for those caffeine lovers who need a quick fix

At the restaurant at the hotel there is a BIG PATIO area that welcomes all dogs. Lots of tables and chairs to hang out at. There is also a little area with a sofa and more comfy chairs.
If it gets a little chilly at night due to the marina breeze the staff will bring out heat lamps for you.
They have a good happy hour that’s valid 7 days a week. Food and drink specials for a good price.
In the summer on Thursdays they even host something called Cocktails on the patio where it’s a social events for owners and their dogs.

Located on Main Street in Seal Beach, CA. This is just a few blocks from the pier. You can eat outside with your dog by your side and watch the friendly people stroll by. A nice quaint location. They have great hamburgers here and have been in this location for years.

Watson’s has been around for more than 100 years. They allow pets at the outside tables. Nice place near the plaza (circle)
P.S. Try the malts in the old time tin containers. I love this place.

Clafoutis
Clafoutis – West Hollywood is telling restaurants to not allow dogs at the outside tables. Here is the dog policy since the letter. You can have a small dog with you but you can only sit at an end table. The dog will be to the side of your table and not near anyone else.

Lazy Dog Cafe
Restaurant Address: 16310 Beach Boulevard
Technically this Lazy Dog is in Westminster, but it’s right on the border of Huntington Beach. Excellent variety of good food. Nice patio seating – usually cool, so bring a sweater for you and your pup!
